| Inspection Services |

Operating in a fair and impartial manner, NERA Inspectors undertake a variety of inspections to check compliance with certain employment rights legislation. Where breaches of employment rights legislation are detected, Inspection Services seek to rectify those breaches and the payment of any arrears due to employees. Where necessary NERA will have recourse to legal proceedings.
